Norwex Ceramic Knife
As part of our commitment to offering products that support the Norwex Mission, we follow high safety standards that we set for ourselves and our product partners. The safety of our Customers is an absolute priority.
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission and Health Canada, Norwex is voluntarily recalling the Norwex Ceramic Knife. Norwex has recently become aware that the handle of the Norwex Ceramic Knife can break during use and possibly pose a laceration hazard to the consumer’s hands or fingers. There have been no reported injuries, or any other adverse event reported either in US or Canada.
While Norwex has not determined that the Norwex Ceramic Knife presents a substantial product hazard, in an abundance of caution, the Company is conducting a voluntary recall.
The Ceramic Knife was distributed in Host Rewards at certain levels between January 1, 2022 and February 1, 2022. If you own a Norwex Ceramic Knife—and have not yet received an email from Norwex regarding this voluntary recall—please discontinue use immediately, and contact: 1-833-882-5569 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., CDT, Mon.-Fri., or Sat. from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., CDT.
